How do I set an appointment for Senior Pictures?

There are a couple of ways to set an appointment 1) Use the make an appointment link 2) give us a call at 817-366-3368.

How far in advance do I need to set an appointment

Currently, we are booked 2 weeks in advance. If you urgently need to have your Senior Portrait session done sooner than that please call or email us and aw can try to arrange a time that fits in the schedule. We will certainly try to work with you on the timing of your session. Normally due to Yearbook deadlines senior pictures are done over the summer. So as we get closer to the nex school year we book up even tighter so please keep that in mind

Do I need to leave a deposit for my Senior Portrait Session?

Yes, The deposit is 50% of your session price and it is due at the time that the appointment is made. We will normally send a Paypal External Link invoice to your email address to secure the deposit.

Is the deposit applied to my order?

Yes

 

How does bring a friend work

Bring a friend is a great concept that allows you and a friend (or two) to share the session fees. There is an additional $35.00 charge to add each friend to your session (does not include Make-up artist fees). Prints are also divided up how ever you and your friends decide.

Why use your makeup artist. Can I just go to a mall store?

Yes, you can. But you may really want to consider using our trained makeup artist that has experience in creating great looks for photography. This is especially important with our "Noir" sessions that depend so much on a classic film look. Her fee is $125.00 per session and it is due at the time of the session and paid directly to the makeup artist.

Can I include my pet in the session

As long as your Fluffy is not going to eat me ... I don't see why not !

 

How long will it take my proofs to be ready

Normally 3 to 4 days before they are on-line

 

Do I need to come in to the studio to view my proofs

Although some studios require you to come back to the studio for the premiere of your proofs, we do not. Your proofs are accessed via a secure gallery on our website. You may view choose and order normal prints from there. If you want specialty products like composites or albums then we will set a time to meet

How do I pay for prints

We prefer Paypal External Link for all of our transactions. Although we will accept local check and of course cash.

Is there an additional charge to shoot at some locations?

We are sad to say yes there is. Some popular venues have decided that they can make a few bucks charging commercial photography fees. One location that we know about is the Japanese Gardens External Link at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden ($75.00). These fees are collected by the venue and not by us. If you want to have your session at a popular location we will find what fees (if any) are involved.
